Our journey

OUR HISTORY

2017

Gazano founded

It began as "Tiệm Đánh Giày" (The Shoeshine Shop) with basic shoe cleaning. Just 2 people, a small space and a big passion.

2018

First store at Van Ho 3

The first store opened at Van Ho 3, Hanoi — adding sole guards and color restoration.

2020

The move to Long Bien

Through Covid, with income shrinking, Gazano moved to Long Bien to cut costs and keep the craft alive through the hardest stretch.

2022

Reopening on Nguyen Luong Bang

A store opened at Alley 64 Nguyen Luong Bang. Million-view TikTok videos carried the craft to millions — Gazano's great turning point.

2023

VTV3 & the 50 Vo Van Dung location

The VTV3 Morning Café feature brought Gazano to a national audience. By year's end, Gazano settled into 50 Vo Van Dung — professional and refined.

2025

Saphir distributor, Championship judge & Santoni

Became Saphir Médaille d'Or's official distributor in Vietnam, judged the Vietnam Shoeshine Championship 2025, and joined hands with Santoni (Italy).

2026

2 locations, a team of 10

Running 2 Hanoi locations with a professional team of 10, serving thousands of customers a year with door-to-door pickup and return.
